Microblading is a semi permanent service where hair strokes are made within the skin using a manual blade. This is perfect for those who want a more natural look.
Eligibility for microblading is based on skin type and past medical history. Those who have very oily or very dry skin, pre-existing skin conditions, large pores, deep wrinkles, moles, severe acne, piercings in the brow area, take acne medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, are NOT good candidates for microblading.
Usually around 2 hours. The more sparse the brows are, the longer it will take. The majority of the time is spent on drawing and mapping the brows to ensure symmetry.
The Touch up session is usually an hour long.
Some clients will experience a slight discomfort but the procedure should never be painful. To ensure clients are pain free, a numbing cream is used before and during the procedure to help ease any discomfort.
Yes! Aftercare is crucial when it comes to microblading. Following aftercare instructions will ensure that your results are long lasting. After the first session, an aftercare bag is provided along with aftercare instructions.
Since this is a semi permanent tattoo, results will fade over time. Other factors such as oily skin, sun exposure, and use of certain products can cause the brows to fade faster. A touch up is recommended every 12-18 months.
