Policies

Credit Card Policy

All credit card transactions will include a 2.9% charge. Other forms of payment excepted include Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Zelle. 

Phone Policy

In order to achieve the best results and to finish in a timely manner, please refrain from using your cell phone during your appointment. 

Guest Policy

Due to safety reasons, all small children must be kept in a stroller or car seat. Up to 2 guests are allowed for all services excluding permanent makeup.

No guests are allowed during any permanent sessions such as (powder brows, combo brows, and microblading). 

Late Policy

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be rescheduled

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule at least 3 days prior to appointment are able to transfer or receive a full refund on their deposit. The deposit is forfeited if any cancellations occur within 72 hours of appointment. 

No Show Policy

Clients who miss their scheduled appointment and has not contacted us with at least 24 hour notice, will be added to a “no call, no show” list and will not be able to reschedule in the future.
